Texas Supreme Court rules in favor of Tyndale Theological Seminary!

This ruling by the Texas Supreme Court reminds us all that freedom of religion and consequently freedom from state control of religious education remain vital elements of our national freedom.  We are thankful for God's grace in providing a resolution to this very troubling challenge to that freedom.  We are overjoyed that Tyndale Theological Seminary can continue to provide Biblical Education within the state of Texas, and that schools like Tyndale will not have to flee the state in order to fulfill such an important role.

Our thanks extend additionally to all those in our legal system who have had to wrestle with these issues, the the Liberty Legal Institute for standing for us during these challenging years, to Dr. Mal Couch (retired founder of Tyndale Theological Seminary) for making some of the tough choices that eventually contributed to this ruling, to the supporters, staff, and faculty of Tyndale and those of schools like Tyndale who have been so dedicated during these past years, and to the many faithful who have been in prayer regarding these issues.
